David Arnstein
Chief Financial Officer

David first joined Venture Investors in 2000 as an intern, and then progressed into a full-time Associate role until late 2003 when he departed to pursue other opportunities. Prior to joining Venture Investors in 2000, David started his career as an auditor for an accounting firm in Chicago, specializing in medium sized family businesses. He next worked for Cumulus Media, a start-up radio station company focused on acquiring and consolidating radio stations in small and medium sized markets that grew into a media giant. In his role there he worked on the acquisition team that acquired over 300 stations, as well as had involvement in the company’s initial public stock offering. Most recently, prior to returning to Venture Investors, David served as CFO and partner of UMS Holdings LLC, a large metal recycling company in the Milwaukee area. During his thirteen years as part of this company it experienced significant growth, as revenue grew from $20 million to over $150 million. He was directly involved in the acquisition of four competitors as well as the merger with another company that expanded its geographic footprint.
